Welcome to TapMissoula.com, by accessing and using TapMissoula.com website (the “Website”) and/or app (the "App) you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Service and the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions, which along with this Privacy Policy, form a binding agreement between JSJ International, Inc. and you. As the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy are subject to updating and revising over time, we encourage you to check these documents periodically to keep yourself informed of any changes to the TapMissoula Terms and Conditions of Service and the Privacy Policy. If we make any changes and/or modifications, we will post the updated Terms, Conditions of Service, and Privacy Policy to the “Website” which also applies to the "App". Please be advised that the changes and/or modifications become effective immediately upon posting.
When using particular Services, you may be subject to additional Terms and Conditions of Service and/or posted guidelines for such services posted from time to time.

1. COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
a. When you Register
During the process of registering on the Website and App, you may be required to provide certain information, such as your name, mailing address, zip code, e-mail address, phone number, and password. Although some information is not viewable by other members, once you are registered, your name and profile information will be viewable by other members. Your profile information is not displayed until another registered member clicks on your profile.
b. When you Search the Website
Like most standard website servers, we use and maintain the information that we obtain from and through your browser on our server logs. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), and other data. We may use this information to analyze trends, administer the Website and App, track user movement, detect fraud or other types of abuse, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We may associate this information with your information to resolve technical issues, support security for our members and users, and take action on any activity that may violate the Privacy Policy or the Terms and Conditions of Service.
c. When you use Member-to-Member Communications
When using the member-to-member communication option, it is up to you to choose when you are comfortable disclosing other information. TapMissoula respects the privacy of member-to-member communications and does not read or disclose them unless a member alerts us to a possible violation of the Terms and Conditions of Service and potential fraud or abuse of the Website.
d. When you Build a Personal Profile
TapMissoula offers tools to enable our members to learn more about the member they wish to engage with. Members may use these tools to build a personal profile and share as much information about yourself as you are comfortable with. This information may include a profile picture of yourself or pictures you wish to upload. Except otherwise noted, when a member uses a specific profile tool, all information that you add to your profile is publicly viewable and may be included in the Website and App “search” tools. For this reason, please be careful to not provide information that you may not want to be publicly disclosed. As provided in the Terms and Conditions of Service, we may use the information you provide in your profile in a variety of features, special e-mails that will enhance and personalize our service to our members. With that said, your account registration email is not publicly viewable.
e. When you View Other Member’s Profiles
TapMissoula gives you the ability to find other members. When you visit another member’s profile, you can view their personal profile to find out more about them based on the information they have provided.
f. When You or a Third Party Contacts Us
If you contact TapMissoula by e-mail, we may keep a record of such contact(s). If you report an issue with the Website or App, we may collect this information in a file specific to you. In addition, if other members, users or a third party contacts us regarding your activities or postings on the Website or App, we may keep the information in a file specific to you.
2. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
a. Confidentiality
TapMissoula will not share your information with a user or a third party unless (i) we have your permission (including but not limited to permissions granted under this Privacy Policy); (ii) we choose to use member blog content or member group content for marketing purposes (iii) it is determined your information violates the Terms and Conditions, or (iv) as necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process.
b. Missoula Kindness Stories/ Blog Content
Members are encouraged to share information through the Blog option. Blogs posted may not violate the Terms and Conditions of Service associated with TapMissoula. Blog content may be used by TapMissoula for marketing the Website and App.
c. Third-Party Advertising
We may use your information to provide you and other members with advertisements that are targeted to your specific needs and interests. These advertisements link directly to third-party websites. TapMissoula does not control the content or privacy policies of third-party websites. We strongly suggest that you review such content and policies before submitting any personal information to them. We do share demographic information and the number of times our members have viewed an advertisement with our third-party advertisers.
d. Third-Party Ad Servers and Networks
TapMissoula may allow other companies, called third-party servers or ad networks, to display advertisements or sponsorhsips on the Website. Some of these ad networks may place a persistent cookie on your computer. Doing this allows them to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. In this way, ad networks may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer to see who saw the ads and which ones were clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.
e. Service Providers
TapMissoula may sometimes use a third party to provide specific services on our behalf, including sending e-mails to our members, conducting member surveys, or performing statistical analysis of our services or data. In these cases, we may provide your information to these third-party providers as needed for the service to be provided. We may also provide certain parts of your information, such as your e-mail address or name, back to your ISP if we have an existing advertising relationship with them.
f. Affiliates and Business Transitions
TapMissoula may share your information with its affiliates that are subject to privacy policies that protect your personal identification from disclosures to third parties in a manner similar to this Privacy Policy. Members may be notified of any such business transition via e-mail and/or notice on the Website. By creating an account on Website and App you agree to the possibility of being added to a TAPGroup. If you don't want to be affiliated with said group, you can always leave the group after being added.
g. Legal Matters; Protection of Rights; Property and Interests; Safety
Any of your information that is publicly displayed on the Website may appear in the results of searches conducted on Internet search engines while you are a member of the Website and potentially for some time period after your membership is terminated, depending upon the search engine’s indexing practices. In addition, TapMissoula may create applications or other tools for use on various third-party devices, such as iPhone or Android, through which all or a portion of the information that is publicly displayed on the Website and App may be shown to the users of those devices.
3. CHANGING, CORRECTING OR REMOVING YOUR INFORMATION
TapMissoula provides you with ways in which you can update your information. To make changes to your information, you must log in to the Website and go to the “edit” button on your profile page.
If you wish to have your membership canceled for any reason, please contact us at support@tapmissoula.com. If you have any problems canceling your membership, please request assistance from Contact Us. Upon the cancellation of your membership, we may retain your information for a period of time in our internal databases and systems.
4. COMMUNICATIONS FROM TAPMISSOULA
As a member of TapMissoula, you will receive communications via e-mails confirming your registration, or updated profile information, etc. We may also communicate with you regarding special offers, new TAPGroups, and events. We may send these communications to the primary e-mail address you provided when you registered as a member of the Website and/or app.
If you are a part of a group, follow an individual, or follow a forum you will receive notifications of their activity. You can always change your notification settings in your account.
5. THE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We have instituted physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to store and maintain your information in a secure environment. You should be aware, however, that despite our efforts, factors beyond our control may result in disclosure of your information. Accordingly, we are not in a position to guarantee that your information will be secure under all circumstances.
6. INTERNATIONAL USES
We collect, process and maintain your information in the United States. If you are using the Website from outside of the United States, you are consenting to the transfer of your information to the United States for processing and maintaining in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
7. SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT THE PRIVACY OF MINORS
Minors (those under 18) are not eligible to use our service and we ask that minors not submit any personal information to us or use the service. We will not knowingly allow minors to become members. If we later learn that a minor is a member, the minor’s membership will be terminated.
8. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
TapMissoula may update the Privacy Policy from time to time as information practices are modified or changed.
